Сall for films-2020! The 8th “Days of Ethnographic Cinema”
  • Dear friends,
  • we invite documentary film submissions to be screened during
  • the 8th “Days of Ethnographic Cinema” Festival in Moscow from October  02 to October  04, 2020
  • The organizers invite filmmakers and students working in the fields of ethnography and anthropology and in other related disciplines to participate in the meeting.
  • We are looking forward the films on following topics:

  • -Anthropology of Аrt
  • -Anthropology of the Body and Embodiment
  • -Anthropology and Aging
  • -Processes of Migration
  • -Anthropology of Religion
  • -Anthropology of Work and Labor, etc.

  • The length and year of production of the films are not important.
  • Filmmakers are kindly asked to submit:
  • -a link of the film with  English subtitles;
  • -transcript of the soundtrack in Russian and/or English (Word format);
  • -registration form filled out in Russian and/or English
  • Submission deadline for registration forms and films is July 1, 2020
